Blueberry is our most secluded yurt located about 10 -15 min from the parking area. The trail in is mostly uphill so it is best to pack as much as you can into backpacks. The summer trail is rough and not suitable for any type of cart or wagon. In the winter we have sleds to help you haul your gear in.
The yurt is set up well for 4 people with 2 double futons ( you need to supply your own bedding/sleeping bags). We do have cots available if more people wanted to join. The kitchen is set up with all you need in the way of pots/pans/dishes/utensils. A two burner propane stove, and a wood grill are available for preparing your meals. There is a dining area and a fire pit outside. The yurt is heated with a wood stove and there is a supply of wood to keep you warm during the cold months.
Step outside your door and explore the 20km of trails by bike, ski, or on foot. Relax by the campfire at night and spend the evening stargazing. At the main site there is a wood fired Sauna available so you can rejuvenate yourself after a day in the outdoors. Take advantage of our complimentary canoe and explore Camp lake in the summer or skate on the rink when the lake is frozen over. We offer bike rentals ($25) which could be used to try out on the trails or just get you to the closest swim spot. During the summer you can rent a kayak ($30) and explore one of the many lakes in the area. Try an introduction to rock climbing with one of our guides on our small climbing wall (starts @ $125) or head out to the Gooseneck cliffs if you are a more advanced climber.
